Day 1: If you have chosen us to arrange your international air travel you will depart New York on EgyptAir at 6:30 p.m. for your overnight flight to Egypt.

Day 2: After arrival formalities, we transfer to the luxurious Meridien Pyramids hotel, set in an exotic garden with the Great Pyramid of Khufu towering above. There is nothing that can prepare you for the pyramids. To see them for the first time is a truly awesome experience. Your tour begins with an introduction to ancient Egypt as you dine on the Giza Plateau with a Sound and Light show projected against the Great Pyramids and Sphinx. * D

Day 3: Today, we are met by our English-speaking guide for a full day of exploration. We begin with the Egyptian Antiquities Museum in Cairo with the finest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world: see the gold of Tutankhamon, the hall of the Royal mummies and so much more. Then it’s on to the Coptic quarter of the city to see the old Christian section of Cairo and the Coptic Museum. We’ll move on to the Citadel of Salah-el-Din (Saladin) and the Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali. Our day ends with a stop at the famous Khan el-Khalili bazaar, with shops that will dazzle the imagination. * B/L
